PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA
Subject to the user's free and informed consent, the Data Controller will process the information collected by means of first-party profiling cookies for the following purposes: for the Data Controller's customers and non-customers, the promotion and sale of the Data Controller's products and services, specifically identified through the processing and analysis, also by means of automated techniques or systems, of information relating to preferences, habits, and consumption choices, aimed at grouping users into homogeneous groups of behaviour or specific characteristics. These purposes will be pursued exclusively through the browsing data collected through the aforementioned profiling cookies, installed through the Site or Third Party Sites, but also by crossing or enriching such information with other data already held by the Data Controller.
The legal basis legitimising such processing is the consent, which the user by accessing the Site, is free to provide or withhold and may revoke at any time.
Providing the necessary data for these purposes is not compulsory, so refusing to provide it does not harm users or prevent them from browsing the Site, but it does prevent them from receiving dedicated commercial communications.

In addition, the following may become aware of the data in their position as authorised processors, but only to the extent necessary for the execution of the tasks assigned to them, belonging to the following categories: employees of the Data Controller, workers seconded to the Data Controller, temporary workers, trainees, consultants and employees of external companies appointed as officials.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The Data Controller informs users that personal data may also be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (so-called Third Countries), but only if they are recognised by the European Commission as having an adequate level of protection of personal data, in compliance with the regulations in force and always guaranteeing the data subjects the exercise of their rights.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the so-called GDPR, gives anyone specific rights, including the right to know what personal data is held by the Data Controller and how it is used (right of access), to obtain the updating, rectification or, where appropriate, integration, deletion, anonymisation or restriction of such data.
Withdrawal of consent shall only take effect for the processing carried out subsequently.
PERIOD OF DATA RETENTION AND RIGHT TO DELETION
The Data Controller will process the information collected to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the notified purposes; data collected by means of first-party profiling cookies will be processed for a maximum period of six months.
At the end of the aforementioned retention period, the information collected will be deleted or stored in a form that does not allow the users to be identified, unless its further processing is necessary for one or more of the following purposes: a) to resolve a dispute that began before the expiry of the retention period; b) to comply with requests from the Public Authorities received by the Data Controller before the expiry of the retention period.
EXERCISING ONE’S RIGHTS
